    • We ship all orders received before midday (GMT) on the same day.
    • Once you’ve made your purchase you’ll receive an email with details of how to track you order. If you have any further enquiries with regards to your delivery please contact our help team.     • No deliveries are made on Bank Holidays.
    • To guarantee delivery, please use a daytime delivery address and provide a UK phone number on which we can contact you.
    • Once your order is placed, it is not possible to change the delivery address or to cancel your order.
